The run will be held in the vibrant Pearland community\, commencing and concluding in front of the pavilion at the Pearland Town Center\, starting at 7:00 am.\n\n\n\n The Chance for Hope Foundation\, established in April 2014\, is a distinguished 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Its formation serves as a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Chance Davidson\, a courageous thirteen-year-old who valiantly fought brain cancer until October 2013. As previous residents of Pearland and a family affected by pediatric cancer\, the founders of our organization deeply understand the needs of the pediatric cancer community and the extraordinary challenges faced by these resilient children. The Chance for Hope Foundation's charitable mission revolves around providing support services for children with cancer and their families\, funding pediatric cancer research and treatment\, and offering educational resources to raise public awareness about pediatric cancer.\n\n\n\nHelp us inaugurate National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by joining us for the Chance for Hope Going Gold Fun Run. This officially-timed 5K and 10K race warmly welcome participants of all ages\, from competitive runners to leisurely walkers. Our Fun Run caters to everyone's preferences. Besides the exhilarating race itself\, an event village will captivate attendees with music\, raffle prizes\, and engaging activities for children. The Chance for Hope Going Gold Fun Run\, our Foundation's signature cancer awareness event\, serves as a poignant tribute to the young lives lost too soon and extends our unwavering support to those currently battling this illness with remarkable strength and courage.
