Hello! I would like to invite you all to my grand opening event for my studio gym! We have a fantastic lineup of vendors who will be showcasing their products and services. You do not want to miss this!

We have a unique and fun activity planned for the day - a puppy yoga class! This class is in collaboration with Spring Branch Rescue, and 60 percent of the proceeds will be donated to support the rescue. This class will take place before our main grand opening event at 12:30 pm. You can sign up for this class now by clicking on the link in our bio. However, do note that limited spots are available, so hurry and secure your spot before they're all taken. If you're unable to attend the class, you can still contribute towards the rescue by making a donation.

Following the yoga class, we'll be hosting foster education and opportunities, where you can learn more about fostering and helping reduce the stray overload in Houston and surrounding areas.

But that's not all. We have plenty of activities lined up for you. You can also tour the gym and learn more about the other classes we offer. You can even sign up for early enrollment for our next 4-week challenge starting May 27th. Plus, we'll be giving away a free challenge every hour, and some of our vendors will also be giving away some fantastic prizes. Please note that you must be present to enter to be eligible for giveaways.
