The Pearland Chamber Workforce Development Committee has partnered with Workforce Solutions to host Enhancing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence. Based on the concepts of Dr. Daniel Goleman, emotional intelligence is a method of maximizing performance and understanding based on how we effectively we manage ourselves and our relationships. This course will breakdown the key concepts of emotional intelligence to support effective leadership and better decision-making.
