Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and a graduate of the Los Angeles Unified School District, I learned a lot about persistence, strength, the power of education, and helping those who are disenfranchised. Especially the youth. So after graduation college with a Master of Arts Degree in Education, School Counseling and a School Administrative Credential, I went into the field of education and advancing from there to school district level management. I wanted to be able to help youth and families while supporting educators to support kids where there was less "Red Tape" and more chances to make a change. So, I started One-By-One Solutions where we support educators, administrators, parents/families, community members and youth through consultation, trainings, workshops, school based counseling services, and eventually a highly functioning mentoring program. "One At A Time" is our motto.
