Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland Celebrates Expansion With Pearland Chamber Ribbon Cutting

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland staff and providers celebrated the completion of the clinic’s expansion with members of the Pearland Chamber of Commerce at a ribbon cutting on Aug. 14. The expansion added 27,000 square feet of space to the existing building, with room for up to 17 additional providers. The clinic plans to add additional medical specialties.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland is located on the feeder road of State Highway 288 South just past the intersection of Shadow Creek Parkway. The clinic provides comprehensive primary care for adults and children and has an on-site pharmacy, lab, and diagnostic imaging services.

The expansion of Pearland Clinic builds on Kelsey-Seybold’s long-standing presence in the community and allows for significant growth of specialty care, including the addition of Optometry, General Surgery, and Ophthalmology, as well as an array of new on-site services such as a hearing booth and a drive-through Kelsey Pharmacy.

Philip Saikin, M.D., managing physician, cut the ribbon on behalf of the clinic. Clinic Administrator Issa Zanayed and Director of Ambulatory Care Andrew Fontenot greeted Chamber President and CEO Jim Johnson, Pearland ISD Superintendent Larry Berger, and Pearland Economic Development Corporation President Matt Buchanan and led them on a tour of the newly expanded clinic.
